Please allow 5-7 days for order-fulfillment.

Georgian Bae is currently offering shipping Canada-Wide and contactless, curbside pickup locally (Kitchener-Waterloo & Strathroy Ontario). We appreciate your patience. Please arrange for order pickups within 5 days of notification.

If your order is defective or damaged during shipping upon its arrival to you, please contact us at georgianbaeco@gmail.com within 24-hours with proof of purchase and photos of the damaged parcel and item(s). Requests for replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Should you be entitled to a replacement, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item(s) back to Georgian Bae Co. at 2 King St S Unit 2, Waterloo, ON N2J 1N8, and these shipping costs/fees are non-refundable. Should your items be valued at over $50 you will be responsible for purchasing tracking and insuring your shipment.
